Social media courses for GGG
For the GGG Stadtbibliothek (GGG City Library) in Basel, I delivered two training sessions for an employee responsible for the library’s digital communication. The first course focused on social media fundamentals, including channel selection, content planning and community engagement.
The second session covered artificial intelligence in digital marketing, with a focus on how non-profit organisations like the GGG can use AI tools responsibly to improve workflows, generate ideas and support multilingual communication. Both courses were held in Swiss German and designed to provide practical, immediately applicable skills for the library’s day-to-day digital presence.
