How I Work

Adapting to your Business

Before we collaborate and decide if we’re a good fit together, I look closely at your organisation: its purpose, tone, positioning, and goals all shape the content. I avoid generic solutions. Instead, I adapt the message to the context so that it supports your organisation and its own audience. We’ll talk through your goals and define what you need. We can meet in person if you live in or near Basel-Stadt or via video conference. Alternatively, I can prepare a questionnaire for you which you can complete at your own pace.

Adapting to the Audience

Good content speaks to the people who need to read it. I consider who the audience is, what they expect and how they process information. The goal is always communication that feels natural, authentic and not salesy.

My Workflow

My process is simple and transparent: understand the client’s needs and objectives; define voice and tone; draft content with precision and structure; fine-tune for accuracy; review for consistency across all channels; publish content, whether it’s a social media post, newsletter or translation, that fits both the business and their audience. And if you have questions, have a look at the FAQ below or reach out to me.

Responsible Use of AI

I use AI (ChatGPT Plus, Gemini, DeepL, Canva AI) as tools when I create content. It helps with speed and structure, but it never replaces human judgement and I always discuss with clients which tools we’ll be using and how we’ll be using them. Every piece of content is refined manually so it fits the brand voice and also double-checked for accuracy, due to chatbots’ tendency to hallucinate. The final result always reflects the business, not the machine.
