Social media strategy paper as part of postgraduate course at the FHNW
As part of the CAS in Digital Branding at FHNW (the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland), I collaborated with a group of five participants to develop a social media strategy for the municipality of Lenzburg. The CAS is a postgraduate Certificate of Advanced Studies, and this project, written in German, served as the final assignment for the Digital Marketing module I had enrolled in. It was one of the two major papers required to complete the certificate.
While studying part-time alongside my professional work, I contributed insights from digital communication, social media management and multilingual content creation. Our strategy focused on strengthening the municipality’s online visibility, improving community engagement and establishing clear communication guidelines for future digital initiatives.
The project received top marks and demonstrated how academic methods and professional practice can successfully complement each other.
